The four point inspection items need to be in good working order and free of any major defects. There are a few key things to look for in order to pass a 4 point inspection. These are not set in stone but are a useful rule of thumb before you order your inspection. If any of your four points are less than these basics then we advise to have them updated prior to your inspection.
- HVAC: Should be less than 13 years old.
- Roof: Should be no more than 20 years old.
- Electrical: Should be updated to circuit breakers and copper wiring.
